Automated Messages and Emails:
You will be receiving messages regarding your opt-in confirmation, booking confirmation, and appointment reminders. Apart from thi,s you will not receive any automated messages or emails.
Unsubscribe:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To cancel the appointment. Simply text "Cancel" to the shortcode, and you will receive a confirmation regarding your cancelled appointment.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer:
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability, network conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages. Carriers are not responsible for any charges, errors, or service interruptions related to SMS messaging. Message and data rates may apply.
Support:
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 5 messages 36 prior to the appointment and one each upon optin and appointment no-show/cancel. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Reply HELP for assistance.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to use our services or opt into SMS communications. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

Welcome to Carolina Outdoor Care, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by the Company, including tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, and emergency services.
By requesting or accepting our services (whether verbally, in writing, or electronically), you agree to the following:
1. Estimates and Scope of Work
All our estimates are based on an inspection and are not binding. The final price might change if we find problems like:
• Hidden damage or weak structures
• Pests
• Things we can't see when we make the estimate
If we need to do work we'll let you know as soon as possible.
2. No Formal Contract Requirement
If you agree to our estimate (in person by text, email or phone) you are saying it's okay for us to do the work.
3. Emergency Services
If you need tree help (like storm damage or hazardous removals) we might do the work without making an estimate. You understand that:
• The price might be higher because its urgent or we have to work
• We might not know everything we need to do ahead of time
• You have to pay when we're done unless we agree otherwise
4. Scheduling and Property Access
You need to make sure we can get to the work area safely and clearly. This means:
• Moving cars and things out of the way
• Keeping pets under control
• Making sure we can get to driveways and entry points
If we can't get in it might delay us. Cost extra.
5. Property Conditions and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for marking:
• Sprinkler systems
• Underground utilities (you can call 811 to help with this)
• Septic systems or hidden structures
We're not responsible if we damage something you didn't tell us about.
6. Inherent Risks and Limited Property Impact
Tree work can be messy. Involves heavy equipment. We try to minimize the impact.
• Your lawn, driveway or landscape might get a little damaged
• We're not responsible for damage thats unavoidable
7. Weather and Safety Delays
If the weather is bad we might. Cancel our work. We make this decision on our own.
8. Payment Terms
You have to pay when we're done unless we agree otherwise. We take cash, credit/debit cards and checks.
Late payments might cost extra including fees allowed by South Carolina law.
9. Cancellations
If you need to cancel -emergency work you have to give us 24-48 hours notice. We might charge a fee if you cancel late or miss an appointment.
10. Debris Removal
Unless we agree otherwise:
• We'll remove all debris from your property
• We might leave firewood or wood chips if you ask us to
11. Insurance
We have liability insurance. You can ask us to see the proof.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South Carolina law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from services performed. Liability if any shall be limited to the amount paid for the services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
14. Changes to Terms
We can update these Terms anytime. If you keep using our services you agree to the changes.
